The Fleming Buildings organisation has been managed by experienced construction professionals for over fifty years. Their expertise and experience permeates every facet of the company. There are few situations that, between them, they have not encountered. Fleming's expertise has accumulated over a fifty year period. Projects range from domestic to ecclesiastical, from straightforward domestic kits to large timber engineered projects. We have gained Civic Trust and Carpenter Awards, and have ISO 9001:2008 accreditation together with "Q Mark Plus" award. Site management and staff are mature and experienced, as are the tradesmen currently employed by Flemings. Fleming has a directly employed workforce of over 65 people, comprising site management, foremen, bricklayers, joiners and labourers in addition to our technical and administrative staff. A large percentage of our employees have been working with the company for 20–25 years. This provides a stable platform for effective and efficient management.
