Fideliti was established in May 2005 and have been actively running childcare voucher schemes for nine years. Fideliti is an ethical family owned company specialising in the provision of childcare vouchers. Our client base incorporates a wide range of market sectors across the whole of the UK and our clients ranges from small companies with less than ten employees to large multi-national companies with thousands of employees. We are working with over 3000 companies nationwide and have over 55,000 parents taking vouchers each month. Our clients include Councils, Police Forces, NHS Trusts, Universities, Central Government Departments, FTSE 100 companies and many more. Whatever the size of the client, we remain focused on ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Our standard management fee is based on a fully managed service ensuring that the client’s involvement is minimal and is restricted to payroll deductions and the processing of our monthly invoice.
