FATHOM (Global Water Management) – a leading water resource management company that owns and operates water, wastewater and recycled water utilities. We quickly realized the only way to assure revenue and exceed our budget expectations while addressing water scarcity and the changing needs of our customers was to invest in better data so we could have better information. What we needed was a single view of our meter‐to‐customer processes: a means of integrating the various disparate software, databases, business practices, and equipment used in a utility today. What we found was that the existing community of vendors, manufacturers, distributors and service providers each provided only part of the solution we needed – so we built it ourselves. We built FATHOM.
