Essential was founded in 2006 by the present Director, Gary Wilson and a team of hand picked individuals from his previous business. We had one clear objective, to uphold the ethical and moral stance in a business sector that was, in our opinion, in decline. Two branches were opened simultaneously, Mansfield and Ripley. Since then the business has grown year on year even through difficult trading times. The turnover of the business has increased annually. Branch openings have been achieved through organic growth with a measured approach and funded by the business to ensure self sustainability. Chesterfield opened 2007, Worksop 2008, Barnsley 2009, Wakefield 2011, Burton 2011, Long Eaton 2013 and Derby 2015. Further opportunities are currently being investigated including; new openings, mergers and acquisitions. Decisions to invest in the business are only considered when the company can financially sustain the investment. We strongly believe that to this day we have continually upheld our original objective by specifically working with businesses and individuals that share in our desire to be fair and equitable to all parties involved; Our Clients, Our Candidates, and Our Colleagues.
