Eastern European Property Fund is an authorized closed-ended investment company. The company's investment objective is to carry out an orderly realization of the company's portfolio of assets, distribution of the net proceeds to shareholders and then undertake a voluntary winding-up of the company. Disposals may be by individual sales or as transactions incorporating a group of properties.
