OQ8 (formerly known as Duqm Refinery) is an oil refinery company. It offers naphtha, jet fuel, diesel, and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) products. The company is a joint venture between Oman Oil Company (OOC) and Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI).
