DOF provides integrated project managed and engineered subsea solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry. The Company operates through three segments: Platform Supply Vessel, Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel, and Subsea Vessel and Subsea Engineering. DOF provides subsea services comprising project management, engineering, construction and installation, life-of-field, decommissioning abandonment, and survey and positioning, as well as inspection, repair, and maintenance services. In addition, it offers marine management services, such as crewing, chartering, mobilization, maintenance, new building, and compliance services.
