Digital Twin is a developer of the IoT platform service that generates predictive information for reducing agricultural waste. It uses fruit-shaped devices (digital twins) that mimic the physical characteristics of a real fruit. The devices travel along with the fruit during its journey to its final customer, capturing agricultural information through sensors. This information is processed by the IoT cloud platform allowing to detect failures in the process and forecast future damages.
