The Company operates through five segments: Development, Premium Games, Free to Play, Italian Distribution, and Other Activities. The Development segment designs and develops video games and software applications. The Premium Games segment acquires and distributes video games on digital marketplaces. The Free to Play segment develops and publishes video games for free of charge on digital marketplaces under the 505 Games Mobile brand name. The Italian Distribution segment purchases and distributes video games, and Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card games under the Halifax brand through newsstand distribution channel in Italy. The Other Activities segment manages paid games under concession, and organizes specialization courses and training on video games.
