Our subscription service provides a business with a custom tablet along with a custom digital web app (digital rewards card), plastic loyalty cards, and an online portal for easy to understand statistics.
We set up a custom designed tablet at the cash register and customers sign up using their email address or phone number. When a customer signs up they pick up a loyalty card and receive a digital card on their phone’s home screen. Your store sets the desired amount of times a customer has to come in to redeem a reward. When they come to your store they can scan their card or enter their email/phone number to get 1 point. Once they hit the desired amount, the customer redeems the reward. Their digital card will be updated with their point total.
The backend contains an online portal that offers simple to make Email/SMS marketing campaigns featuring your brand, so your store can send out deals straight to all your customers. When they claim a deal from their phone or inbox, it will be displayed on the tablet the next time they check into your store for redemption. We also allow your business to target your loyal customers based on all the visit and engagement data we collect. Unlike some of our competitors, we believe that all communications, cards, emails, web pages, etc., should look like it comes directly from your business. When a customer signs up, it should feel like they’re gaining access to your business's members only club - something made just for your customers.
