CVR Energy, through its subsidiaries, serves as the general partner and owns a majority interest in CVR Refining and CVR Partners. Headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, CVR Energy is driven by strong operating performance, a commitment to safe, reliable and environmentally responsible operations and products, and a continued focus on building value for stockholders. The CVR Energy portfolio of companies employs approximately 1,200 people and generated $8.6 billion in net sales revenue in 2012.
