The Crestwood family of companies includes two publicly traded master limited partnerships, Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP). We own and operate midstream assets reaching across the energy value chain, serving producers and users of hydrocarbons in premier shale plays across the United States including the Marcellus Shale, Bakken Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, Permian Basin, Powder River Basin Niobrara Shale, Utica Shale, Barnett Shale, Fayetteville Shale and Haynesville Shale. Our operations and services include: • Natural gas gathering, compression, treating, processing, storage and transportation • Natural gas liquids storage, logistics and marketing • Crude oil terminalling Our goal is to create long-term value for our unitholders by delivering increasing cash distributions through organic expansion, development projects and acquisitions, while at the same time ensuring the ongoing stability of our business. Our operations and financial results are divided into three segments: • Gathering & Processing • Gas Storage & Transportation • NGL & Crude Services Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (“CMLP”) owns operating assets contributing to all three of our operating segments.
