Countrywide Legal Indemnities Summary

Company Summary

Overview
Countrywide Legal Indemnities was founded in 1994 with a vision to provide a high quality service, based on a fast and professional turnaround to all enquiries. It has since become the UK's leading legal indemnity intermediary, and was the first company to pioneer a genuine 24-hour quotation service coupled with competitive premiums and comprehensive policy cover. This dynamic approach literally transformed the legal indemnity market and attracted the attention of the Law Society, who in 1997 asked us to manage a Defective Title Insurance Scheme on their behalf. Countrywide continued to be endorsed by the Law Society for a further twelve successful years, before deciding not to tender for the renewal of the endorsement at the beginning of 2009.
