Operating divisions include: News & Media, Books, Education & Care and most recently, Parcel Freight.

Connect Books: 
Connect Books dispatches more than 20 million books a year from its UK warehouse. They are sent around the world to bookstores, libraries, educational establishments and direct to consumers. As a multi-channel business, Connect Books has a diverse portfolio that reflects the changing nature of the market. 

Connect Education & Care: 
Serving over 30,000 customers throughout the country and with a product range exceeding 40,000 items, Connect Education & Care is trusted by schools, care homes and colleges because it has the capacity and expertise to deliver what they need, when they need it. 

Connect Parcel Freight: 
With 34 depots and over 900 vehicles Connect Parcel Freight is one of the UK’s leading business to business distribution specialists. Its national network is trusted by over 4,000 customers, making daily deliveries that are essential to their supply chains. Tuffnells' 'Big Green Parcel Machine' is a well known livery on UK roads, making over 10 million deliveries every year.
