CONDURIL

Conduril Engenharia SA, formerly Conduril Construtora Duriense SA, is a Portugal-based company engaged in the civil engineering industry. The Company is involved in the construction of a range of public and private works such as dams, bridges, highways, roads, sanitation, residential and commercial buildings, as well as in the provision of hydraulic works, groundwater and geotechnical works. Apart from Portugal, the Company carries out its activities in such countries as Angola, Mozambique, Botswana, Cape Verde, Spain and Morocco. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six subsidiaries: Conduril - Gestao de Concessoes de Infraestruturas SA, Edirio - Construcoes SA, Metis Engenharia SA, ENOP - Engenharia e Obras Publicas Lda, Mabalane-Inertes Lda and 4M Properties SA.
