It focuses on researching civilian harm mitigation, force readiness, domestic safety, global security, military, police, and first responder operations effectiveness, and other areas. The company also operates the Center for Naval Analyses, a research center focused on maritime defense, and the Institute for Public Research, an institute that supports the civilian government in the fields of justice, public health, and emergency response.
