CloudMargin was formed by a team of professionals with several decades’ combined experience in collateral management, OTC derivatives, technology and capital markets. CloudMargin exists to bring effective collateral management to all market participants, regardless of size or status. The CM platform represents a material evolution in buyside risk management. It allows our clients to achieve their objectives in an accelerated and cost effective manner, in an environment where they always retain control of the processes so important to them, given the new regulatory regime in which they operate.Our mission is to promote sound risk management and create competitive advantage for our clients by bringing new technology to a long-standing, industry-wide problem.
