The group is structured to provide services in both the residential housing market through Westerhill Homes and a one-stop construction services to clients who include Housing Associations and Private Developers. The inclusion of BBS Construction into the Group gives a strong Contracting arm to deliver commercial projects within the medical, education and recreational markets.
Chartway Group continues to sustain strong growth and is geared to deliver in excess of 250 residential units per year as well as a strong order book for commercial development. This results in a Group turnover in excess of 25 million.
