Charter Construction Plc was formed in 1983 by a group of individuals having a long and widespread experience in the Industry, who sought to establish a Company whose aims were to achieve Quality, Flexibility, Speed and Economy in the construction process. The Company has achieved its objectives and has maintained a controlled growth over the years, with many projects being carried out for well known names in various sectors such as: Commerce, Industry Education Health Finance. In addition, the completion of numerous, very prestigious residential properties, culminate in a wide ranging profile of experience, enabling the Company to successfully resource and staff many varied projects. We maintain a directly employed workforce that incorporates main trade operatives and apprentices at various stages of their training, together with a database of carefully selected specialist subcontractors.
