Central Pacific Financial Corporation is a bank holding company, whose primary subsidiary is Central Pacific Bank. The Bank's business segments are defined as Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Treasury and All Others. Retail Banking is made up of retail deposits, mortgage banking, and consumer lending activities. Wholesale Banking consists of wholesale deposits, commercial real estate lending, corporate lending and the specialized lending functions of the Bank. The Treasury segment is responsible for managing its investment securities portfolio and borrowing. The All Other segment provides the administrative support for the operations.
