CEI (Coastal Enterprises) is a community that provides financing to micro and SMEs, housing and community facilities in order to create income, employment and ownership opportunities for low-income people and communities. CEI aggregates capital from public and private sources and deploys it in the community through a variety of debt, equity, and tax credit products.
