Caretaker (formerly known as Flip) is a marketplace for flexible housing. The Company makes it easy to sublet, get out of one's lease or find a flexible place to live. Flip is building a platform that handles the entire renting experience from beginning to end: digital qualification of incoming renters, rent payments, security deposits, legal documents and landlord approval.
