Cai Lan International Container Terminal (CICT, Công ty TNHH Cảng Công-ten-nơ Quốc tế Cái Lân) is a company that operates a deep-water seaport. It offers stevedoring services for container vessels, dry and liquid bulk carriers, and conventional vessels carrying a range of bulk commodities. CICT is a joint venture company between SSA Holdings International and Cai Lan Port Investment Company.
