Once investors are vetted by our team, they gain access to Cadre’s platform and join our network of investors who have access to exclusive investment opportunities. All investment transactions are completed on Cadre’s platform, along with information processing and logistics. Investors are able to sell their interest on the secondary marketplace thereby introducing liquidity into an antiquated industry. Investors gain transparency, efficiency and liquidity through the use of our proprietary technology and are able to make better, more data-driven decisions.
Currently we are focusing on disrupting the commercial real estate investment world. Today, the real estate investment market is dominated by large, institutional organizations. For years, investors have succumbed to high fees, provided opaque information, used antiquated technology/systems, and have had very little decision making power over their capital.
Cadre is a marketplace connecting investors and operators (or owners) of real estate: our process eliminates a large part of the profit loss seen at the institutional fund level while also providing investors liquidity through a secondary market.
We were founded by Ryan Williams, Josh Kushner and Jared Kushner in 2014. We have an incredible team of 30 employees and are headquartered in the heart of Soho in New York City. The company has raised approximately $70M in funding from tier one investors including, Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Jack Ma, among others.
