Brightlane Corporation's  business is a lease-to-own real estate model in which the Company acquires single-family homes and portfolios of single-family homes and then lease-to-own the properties. The lessees have the option to own the home if they so choose. Once the tenants fulfill their obligations under the contract, the Company will deliver the deed to the lessees.
