Brakes India is a manufacturer of automotive components. It operates through Brake, Foundry, and Polymer divisions. The Brake division manufactures calipers, actuation, drum brakes, valves, hose anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and brake fluid for passenger vehicles, hydraulic drum brakes, etc. The Foundry division offers permanent mould ferrous castings, grey iron and spheroidal graphite (SG) iron castings. The Polymer division provides thermoplastics for the production of high-performance injection molded compounds for automotive, electrical, electronics, mechanical and high-precision engineering industries.
