H.I.G. Capital buys BIC Graphic North America

H.I.G. Capital said July 10 that it has acquired BIC Graphic North America, and its affiliated Asia sourcing operations, from Société BIC SA. Financial terms weren’t announced. BIC Graphic, of Clearwater, Florida, specializes in customized writing instruments, hard goods and calendars.
