Bettr Academy

Bettr Academy (also known as Bettr Barista) is the first social enterprise of its kind to adopt a whole-person approach dedicated towards improving the lives of disadvantaged women and youth-at-risk. Central to Bettr Barista’s mission is a holistic programme that combines world-class professional barista training, with emotional and physical skills training, all the while being self-sustaining. Bettr Barista is the only international education partner of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) in Singapore, and conducts both SCAA and Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) internationally-certified barista training classes for the public and industry. Bettr Barista also offers an interactive brew bar experience and customisable coffee-themed workshops and events for corporates.
