Betaworks

Betaworks is a startup studio that builds and invests in next generation internet companies. The Company's current focus is in conversational interfaces; in other words, bots, verbal computing and AI.
It makes seed and early stage investments in great people and companies at the intersection of media and technology. Typically its seed investments are $250k and Betaworks is among the first to invest. The Company has made a number of investments in the Bot and Chat space through its first accelerator camp: Botcamp. Camp at betaworks is a 11-week long program to help entrepreneurs build companies in specific areas of focus, such as conversational interface. During these programs, entrepreneurs have access to relevant industry leaders and betaworks teams, to assist with general company-building needs and topics specific to each camp’s theme (e.g. messaging, AI, NLP, etc.)
