Benevate is not your typical employee benefits provider - nor do we aspire to be. We do not offer medical/dental plans, 401(k) retirement accounts or employer assistance programs. No doubt that all of the aforementioned benefits play an important role in the benefits ecosystem, but they do very little to differentiate one employer from another. At Benevate, our mission is to develop unique employee benefit solutions that attract and retain talent while also improving the financial wellness of employees. Specifically, Benevate offers student loan assistance and employer assisted housing benefits. Both solutions involve an employer providing an employee with a forgivable loan to either pay down a student loan or to provide a down payment for a house. The loan is forgiven over a specified period of time as long as the employee fulfills agreed upon requirements (e.g. retention, performance, etc). All of our employee benefits solution are administered through our cloud based software. Our software is highly configurable and automates most of the benefit enrollment and administration activities. The end result is a highly desirable employee benefit, a low annual cost and a measurable return on investment.
