It is focused on middle market companies, and invests across several segments of the primary and secondary debt capital markets with an emphasis on long term returns. The Firm operates through two separate groups: Bayside Capital, providing rapid access to debt and equity capital, and Bayside Fixed Income, trading in public and private debt instruments in the secondary market. It is active across a wide spectrum of industries, including business services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, food/agriculture, and specialty finance.
