Baymarkets is a company that builds and operates multi-asset exchange and over-the-counter trading and clearing software for banks, brokers, exchanges, CCPs (central counterparty clearing houses), and technology providers. It develops Clara, a clearing system, which provides clearing services to multiple multilateral trading facilities.
