We have owned and operated hotels for the past 35 years. Working throughout the United States, we have experienced more than forty hospitality markets. With an owner operator philosophy, we have grown our hotel portfolio from small independent hotels to larger limited service brands. This growth has allowed us to diversify our current portfolio into office and single-family residential development. Our vision moving forward is to continue to grow, redevelop, and diversify our current portfolio. Hotel assets that are located on desirable coastal property are being master-planned for mixed-use developments consisting of condominiums, hotel, and retail. As the portfolio grows with limited service hotel brands a new segment of small luxury hotels in select markets are on the horizon.
