Bandit (also known as Yes, It’s Vegan) is a company manufacturing plant-based foods. It produces non-dairy cheeses using cashews ripened by strains of Penicillium candidum. The company offers cave-aged cheeses, cheese logs and spreads, as well as an assortment of seasonal plant-based cheeses.
