Banco BPM is a multi-channel bank, which provides a number of banking products and services. Its range of services include corporate and individual current account, investor services, general financing operations, life and non-life insurance products, as well as ATM and e-purse services. In addition, it is involved in investment banking and asset management activities that include transactions in over the counter derivatives, trading in listed securities and derivatives, capital market transactions, investment management, private banking and leasing business. The company was formed as a result of a merger between Banco Popolare and Banca Popolare di Milano.
