Avation is a Singapore based Group that specialises in aircraft leasing, airline consumables & components procurement & leasing, aerospace equipment procurement & leasing procurement, sales and leasing of specialized industrial equipment. The Company was listed on the PLUS-quoted market on 7 November 2006, but moved to the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc on 6 October 2010 and its shares have a standard listing. Through its subsidiaries, the Company owns commercial passenger jet and turboprop aircraft which are leased to various airlines in Europe, the United States and Australia, and this venture arrangement produces significant cash flows to the Company. The bulk of the Company's balance sheet is comprised of ownership of these aircraft.
