Its portfolio consists of properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary, Romania and Latvia. It owns approximately 80 properties with a total gross leasable area of approximately 1.2 million square meters. It focuses on asset management and building relationships with tenants, including specialty food, non-retail, fashion apparel, home, specialty goods, health and beauty, restaurants, entertainment and services.
