Ark Restaurants, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates approximately restaurants, bars, fast food concepts and catering operations. The Company leases, owns and operates the following restaurant properties: Sequoia, Canyon Road, Bryant Park Grill & Cafe, Gallagher's Steakhouse, Gonzalez y Gonzalez, Village Eateries, Thunder Grill, Gallagher's Steakhouse, Gallagher's Burger Bar, The Grill at Two Trees, Yolos, Broadway Burger Bar and Grill, and The Rustic Inn.
