Anova was founded in 2013 by Stephen Svajian, Jeff Wu, and Natalie Vaughn. Our founders were motivated by two equally important ideas: (1) we can use science and technology to change the way people cook; and (2) the devices we make should be accessible to everyone. Since that time, we’ve focused relentlessly on making the best precision cooking devices in the world and selling them at an affordable price-point.
