American Diabetes Association is a nonprofit research, information, and advocacy organization that works to prevent and cure diabetes. The Company has a number of fundraising programs whose aim is to do research so as to manage, cure and prevent diabetes, including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and pre-diabetes. It also delivers services to communities, provides information for both patients and health care professionals, and advocates on behalf of people denied their rights because of diabetes.
