Alvaria (formerly known as Aspect Software) is a technology company developing customer experience and workforce engagement software. It offers the Alvaria WEM suite that enables employee engagement and contact center productivity. In addition, the company develops Alvaria CX, a suite of customer experience solutions for automated self-service and live assisted inbound and outbound communications. Alvaria was formed as a result of a merger between Aspect Software and Noble Systems.
