Alliance Holdings is a private equity firm specializing in investments in various markets. The Firm seeks to invest in the industrial, manufacturing, materials, construction materials, value-added distribution, specialty finance companies, containers and packaging, industrial or capital goods, auto components, healthcare equipment, consumer, natural resources, energy, oil and gas, chemical, and business services sectors. It primarily invests in companies with revenue greater than $1 million for bolt-on companies. The Firm considers add-on acquisitions of any size.
