Albina Community Bank is proud to be a locally-managed and operated community bank. As one of approximately 96 commercial banks across the country certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and the only one headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, we're here to make a difference in our local Portland neighborhoods. A banking relationship with Albina helps create and maintain local jobs, rebuild communities and create a thriving and sustainable place for us all to live and work. As a CDFI, we have a primary mission of promoting community development and work in market niches that are often underserved by other financial institutions and to provide financial and educational services in our local community.
