Alabama A&M University (Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, AAMU) is a teaching, research, and public service institution for high-education learning. Its academic curriculum is organized into four colleges: College of Agricultural, Life and Natural Sciences (CALNS); College of Engineering, Technology and Physical Sciences (CETPS); College of Education, Humanities and Behavioral Sciences (CEHBS); and College of Business and Public Affairs (CBPA). CALNS program includes Biological & Environmental Sciences, Family & Consumer Sciences, Food & Animal Sciences, Community & Regional Planning, and Military Sciences. CETPS offers Electrical Engineering & Computer Science; Mechanical, Civil Engineering & Construction Management; and Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics programs. CEHBS provides English & Foreign Languages; Health Science, Human Performance & Communicative Disorders; Social Work, Psychology & Counseling; Teacher Education & Leadership; and Visual, Performing & Communication Arts departments. CBPA department consists of The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program that provides business and social science education.
