Aimia is a holding company that invests in public and private companies. It operates through three segments: Bozzetto, Cortland International, and Holdings. The Bozzetto segment provides ESG-focused sustainable specialty chemicals including textile, water, and dispersion chemical solutions with applications in textile, home and personal care, geothermal, and other markets. The Cortland International segment manufactures high-performance synthetic fiber ropes and aquaculture nets for maritime and other industrial customers. The Holdings segment includes the corporate costs of operating the holding company.
