Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings (formerly known as GenCorp) is an aerospace and defense company providing propulsion and energetics to space, missile defense, strategic systems, tactical missile, and armaments customers. It operates in two segments: Aerospace and Defense and Real Estate. The Aerospace and Defense segment designs, develops, and manufactures propulsion and power systems for space applications including electric and chemical propulsion such as liquid-propellant engines and solid rocket motors required for launch vehicles and in-space applications supporting defense, civil and commercially based missions. The Real Estate segment includes the activities of Easton Development Company, its wholly-owned subsidiary related to the re-zoning, entitlement, sale, and leasing of real estate assets.
