WCM's strategy is to acquire and manage commercial real estate, especially office and retail properties in the major office locations and economically strong regions in Germany. These assets generate long-term and stable rental income for our shareholders.
WCM has high tax loss carryforwards for corporation and trade taxes. Furthermore, a tax reserve account of approx. € 1.3 B can be activated by shareholders through deducting capital gains on investments.
