The Battery and Energy Products group offers a complete range of rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, chargers, and accesories to both commercial and military customers. Our Communication Systems group offers a complete set of power and amplification products that compliment many of the commercial and military portable radio and communications sets. Ultralife's family of brands includes: Ultralife Batteries, ABLE, McDowell Research, and AMTI. Ultralife's operations are in North America, Europe and Asia. Ultralife was incorporated in 1990 and became a public company in 1992. Our shares trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol ULBI.
