Trans World Entertainment went public in 1986 and is traded under the symbol TWMC on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Trans World is the largest specialty entertainment retailer in the United States of music, DVDs, Blu-Ray, video game products, electronics and accessories. TWEC owns and operates over 300 mall and freestanding retail stores across the United States and Puerto Rico, including: f.y.e. (For Your Entertainment), Suncoast and Second Spin. The company enjoys a competitive and entrepreneurial culture that promotes innovation, excellence and ownership.
