Quiq is building inbound messaging to allow customers to send messages to companies using the apps they already use to communicate with their friends. When one of a customer wants to talk with somebody, he or she doesn’t have to make time for a phone call or wait hours for an email response. Instead a client can text an agent directly via Facebook Messenger or SMS. With the asynchronous communication style of Messaging, more customers can be served with less resources and customers will be more satisfied since they are using the communication style they prefer most.
